Glad you asked! HR stands for Human resources. Essentially, HR covers all human-related matters in the workplace, from recruitment and training, right through to performance management and dismissals, plus everything in between. An HR consultant can help you find the right person for the job, write up employment agreements and job descriptions, help you to put training and performance management programs in place, as well as support you if things get a bit ugly. I’m not sure which subscription is best for me; how do I choose?
Subscriptions are specifically designed to provide different levels of HR support, from covering the basics right through to a comprehensive service. If you aren’t sure what the best option is for you, feel free to give us a call, we would be happy to help.
What do I get with my subscription?
We offer three different subscription plans to choose from based on the number of employees you have and the level of support you need in your business. No complicated software or hard to use systems, just easy to use, comprehensive packages. For specific details on what’s included in each package, head on over to Livewire HR Services.
How much does the subscription service cost?
Livewire subscriptions range from are $39-$59 and are paid monthly. No hidden fees, no set-up fees, and no extra costs.
However, if you require an onsite visit from one of our HR experts, there will be an extra charge of $189-$250 +GST per hour, plus travel costs.
Do I need any additional HR services as well as my subscription?
Yes, you may. While Livewire’s wrap-around service aims to provide all of the day-to-day HR content you require, sometimes there are situations when you may need some onsite support or specific legal advice. If this is the case, give us a call, and we can assist in finding you the help you need.
How do I access my subscription?
Once you have signed up to a Livewire subscription package, an HR consultant will be in touch to give you access to your resources. With the extended and premium package, you gain exclusive access to the Livewire HR online platform. To access this, all you need to do is log in with the access details provided by your HR consultant and your good to go.
How do I change my subscription?
Upgrading your subscription is easy; simply contact one of our team, and we will do the rest. Your 12-month contract will continue as usual and will not reset, and your monthly fee will be adjusted on the next payment date.
We are unable to offer downgrading of a subscription until your first contract has run out. This means that if you were to choose a premium subscription, you would need to wait till your 12-month contract has expired and would then be able to change over to a basic or extended package.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Your subscription comes with a 12-month contract; However, we understand that sometimes life happens and you may need to cancel your contract early. Early exit of your subscription incurs a once-off $199 plus GST cancellation fee. To cancel your subscription, call us on 0800 HR LIVE.
