Policies

Clear workplace policies are important for communicating with your employees the rules and expectations in the workplace. Policies do not take the place of or override employment agreements and job descriptions, but instead work alongside them to further elaborate on key areas. They explain to employees what is expected of them, what the process will be if the policies are not followed, and provide key information on the topic. By clearly communicating these, you can prevent misunderstandings, and avoid employees guessing what is expected of them.

Ongoing Support
